In this update, we’re delivering new features and improvements to make it easier to take the first step and keep up your daily actions.

We’re introducing Simple Tasks, a new feature you can use without structuring or organizing tasks into a hierarchy.
It’s a free-form task type that lets you quickly add “what to do right now” to a simple list.

With Simple Tasks, you can smoothly add items and mark them as done—no task hierarchy required.
It’s an easy way to get started, whether you want to begin with today’s To-Dos or organize things later.

We’ve also reviewed the UI and user flows to make input and navigation smoother.
In addition, we’ve made minor bug fixes and performance improvements to enhance overall usability.

The new Task Copy feature allows you to duplicate a parent task along with all of its subtasks. This makes it easier to set up similar projects or recurring tasks without having to recreate everything from scratch, helping you manage your workflow more efficiently.

To support new users, we've also added Project Creation Tutorial and Task Creation Tutorial. These guided flows make it simple to move from setting goals to creating detailed tasks, with practical examples that make it easier to take action right away.

We've updated HowFull to make goal management and daily task execution even smoother and more effective. Here’s what’s new in this version:

The app now supports both English and Japanese. You can choose your preferred language on the sign-in page or in your user profile. We also plan to support more languages in future updates.

When you change the start or end date of a parent task, the dates of its subtasks will now automatically update as well. This makes it easier to manage schedules without needing to adjust each subtask one by one.

We've also added a new filter: "Today's Tasks." This allows you to view only tasks scheduled for today or later, helping you focus on what needs to be done now. It's also a handy way to check for any missed tasks.

A new link to the "Announcements" page has been added to the menu. We'll continue to share the latest updates and helpful information there in both English and Japanese so be sure to check it out regularly.

Along with these features, we've also made various small improvements to enhance overall usability.

IMAGINATION FULFILLMENT, INST., K.K. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) respects the privacy of our users and takes great care in protecting personal information. In accordance with our Personal Information Protection Policy, we have established the following privacy policy for the handling of personal information in the app “HowFull” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”).

Article 1 (Definition of Personal Information)

In this policy, “personal information” refers to information such as names and email addresses that can identify an individual, as well as any other information that can be combined with other data to identify an individual, based on the definition in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

Article 2 (Information We Collect and How It Is Collected)

To provide a better user experience, the App may collect the following types of information:

* A user-specific ID assigned within the app (used only internally)
* The login method used (e.g., Google, Apple, or email address)
* Profile name and profile picture obtained at login (if available)
* App usage information, device type, OS version, etc. (used for analytics)
* Crash and error logs that occur during app operation (used for improving the app)
* Advertising identifiers (e.g., advertising ID) used for optimizing ad delivery
* On iOS devices, if the user grants permission, the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) may be collected

Article 3 (Purposes of Use)

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

1. To provide, maintain, and improve the App
2. To respond to user inquiries and support requests
3. To analyze usage and improve functions and usability
4. To prevent and investigate unauthorized use
5. To display ads tailored to users and analyze their effectiveness

Article 4 (Use of External Services)

The App uses the following external services for analytics, ad delivery, crash detection, and other purposes. Please refer to the privacy policies of each service provider for more information on how your data is handled:

Article 5 (Provision to Third Parties)

We will not provide personal information to third parties without the user’s consent, except where required by law.

Article 6 (Data Management)

We manage personal information appropriately and take necessary measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage. We will also respond promptly and within a reasonable scope to requests for the disclosure, correction, or deletion of retained personal information.

Article 7 (Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies)

The App may use cookies or similar technologies to analyze user behavior and improve the usability of the App.

Article 8 (Tracking Permission on iOS)

On iOS devices, the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is collected only if the user explicitly allows tracking in accordance with Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework. If permission is not granted, IDFA will not be collected.

Article 9 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)

This privacy policy may be updated without prior notice. If the policy is changed, the updated version will be posted within the App or on the Company’s website. By continuing to use the App after such posting, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the updated policy.

Terms

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the mobile application “HowFull” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) provided by IMAGINATION FULFILLMENT INST., K.K. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Please read these Terms carefully and agree to them before using the App.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Company regarding the use of the App. By using the App, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

* “User” refers to any individual who installs and uses the App.
* “Third-party Services” refers to external services used within the App, including but not limited to Firebase, Google Analytics, AdMob, and Crashlytics.
* “Personal Information” refers to information such as a name or email address that can identify a specific individual, including information that can be used in combination with other data to identify an individual.

Article 3 (User Registration)

1 A person who wishes to use the App must agree to these Terms and complete the registration process as specified by the Company.
2 The Company may deny registration if the applicant:
* Provides false information;
* Has previously been suspended or banned due to violation of these Terms; or
* Is deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not engage in any of the following acts:

1 Acts that violate laws or public order and morals;
2 Criminal acts or acts related to crime;
3 Acts that infringe the rights or interests of the Company, other users, or third parties;
4 Unauthorized access to the App’s servers or networks;
5 Actions that interfere with the operation of the App;
6 Commercial use of the App without the explicit permission of the Company;
7 Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company.

Article 5 (Account Management)

1 Users are responsible for managing their own account information and must not share it with or allow use by any third party.
2 The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use of a user’s account.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company or a third party with legitimate rights. Users must not infringe these rights.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

1 The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or continued availability of the App.
2 The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

Article 8 (Advertisement Display)

The App may display advertisements provided by third parties. The Company is not responsible for the content or legality of such advertisements or their linked websites. The responsibility lies with the respective advertisers.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the App, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
