タスク管理ツール「HowFull」
「HowFull」は、目標を達成するために必要なタスク（やること）を管理できるアプリケーションです。
まず、実現したい目標を決め、そのために必要なタスクを細かく分解し、始める日や終わる日を設定します。
毎日やるべき作業は「今日やることリスト」に表示され、終わったらチェックを入れることで進捗を可視化できるしくみです。
週に一度は進み具合やうまくいった点、困った点を振り返りながら、次の1週間の計画を立てます。
すべてのタスクが終わった後は、もう一度振り返りを行い、達成度や今後に活かせる学びを記録します。
こうした一連の流れをサポートすることで、目標に向けた行動を段階的かつ着実に進めることが可能です。

Task Management Tool: HowFull
HowFull is an application that helps you manage the tasks necessary to achieve your goals.
Start by setting the goal you want to accomplish. Then, break it down into smaller, actionable tasks and assign start and end dates to each one.
Daily tasks are shown in a “Today’s To-Do List,” allowing you to check them off as you complete them and visualize your progress.
For example, once a week, you reflect on your progress—what went well and what challenges you faced—and then plan for the week ahead.
After completing all tasks, you review the entire process again, recording your achievement level and insights for future improvement.
By supporting this step-by-step process, HowFull enables you to steadily and consistently move toward your goals.

プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy
株式会社想像実現研究所（以下、「当社」といいます）は、ユーザーの皆さまのプライバシーを尊重し、個人情報の保護に最大限の注意を払って運営を行っております。当社は、個人情報保護方針に則り、本アプリ「HowFull」における個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。
第1条（個人情報とは）
本ポリシーにおける「個人情報」とは、個人情報保護法における「個人情報」の定義に従い、氏名、メールアドレス、その他特定の個人を識別できる情報、または他の情報と容易に照合することで個人を識別できる情報を指します。
第2条（取得する情報とその方法）
本アプリでは、ユーザーの皆さまに快適にサービスをご利用いただくために、以下の情報を取得することがあります。
・ログインに使われたメールアドレス
・アプリ内でユーザーごとに割り当てられる識別ID（内部でのみ使用）
・Google、Apple、メールアドレスなど、どの方法でログインしたか
・ログイン時に取得されるプロフィール名やアイコン画像（設定されている場合）
・アプリの利用状況、使用端末の種類やOSバージョン（アクセス状況解析用）
・アプリの動作中に発生したエラーやクラッシュの記録（改善用）
・広告を最適化するための識別情報（広告IDなど）
・iOS端末では、トラッキング許可をいただいた場合にApple広告識別子（IDFA）
第3条（利用目的）
当社は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。

本アプリでは、ユーザーの利用状況を分析し、利便性向上を目的としてクッキー（Cookie）等の技術を使用する場合があります。
第8条（iOS端末でのトラッキング許可について）
iOS端末をご利用の場合、Apple社の仕組みに基づき、トラッキングを許可いただいた場合に限りIDFA情報を取得します。許可されない場合、情報は取得されません。
第9条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）
本プライバシーポリシーは、ユーザーへの通知なく変更される場合があります。変更後の内容は本アプリまたは当社ウェブサイトに掲示し、掲示後のアプリ利用をもって変更に同意したものとみなします。

Article 8 (Tracking Permission on iOS)
On iOS devices, the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is collected only if the user explicitly allows tracking in accordance with Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency framework. If permission is not granted, IDFA will not be collected.
Article 9 (Changes to This Privacy Policy)
This privacy policy may be updated without prior notice. If the policy is changed, the updated version will be posted within the App or on the Company’s website. By continuing to use the App after such posting, the user will be deemed to have agreed to the updated policy.

利用規約 / Terms
この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、株式会社想像実現研究所（以下「当社」といいます。）が提供するスマートフォンアプリ「HowFull」（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をよくお読みいただき、同意のうえご利用ください。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、本アプリの提供条件および本アプリの利用に関する当社とユーザーとの間の権利義務関係を定めることを目的とし、ユーザーと当社との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
第2条（定義）
本規約において使用する用語の定義は、次のとおりとします。
・「ユーザー」とは、本アプリをインストールし利用するすべての個人をいいます。
・「外部サービス」とは、Firebase、Google Analytics、AdMob、Crashlytics 等、当社が本アプリにおいて利用する第三者提供のサービスをいいます。
・「個人情報」とは、氏名、メールアドレスその他の情報で、特定の個人を識別できるもの（他の情報と照合することにより識別できるものを含みます）をいいます。
第3条（利用登録）
1 本アプリの利用を希望する者は、本規約に同意のうえ、所定の方法により利用登録を行うものとします。
2 当社は、利用登録の申請者が以下のいずれかに該当する場合、登録を拒否することがあります。
・虚偽の情報を届け出た場合
・過去に本規約違反等により利用停止等の措置を受けたことがある場合
・その他、当社が不適切と判断した場合
第4条（禁止事項）
ユーザーは、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
1 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
2 犯罪行為に関連する行為
3 当社、本アプリの他のユーザー、または第三者の権利・利益を侵害する行為
4 本アプリのサーバーやネットワークに不正にアクセスする行為
5 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
6 商用目的での利用（当社の明示的な許可がある場合を除く）
7 その他、当社が不適切と判断する行為
第5条（アカウントの管理）
1 ユーザーは、自己の責任において本アプリの利用情報を管理するものとし、第三者に利用させてはなりません。
2 アカウントの不正使用により生じた損害について、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
第6条（知的財産権）
本アプリおよび本アプリに関するすべての知的財産権は、当社または正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。ユーザーは、当該権利を侵害してはなりません。
第7条（免責事項）
1 当社は、本アプリの内容およびユーザーの利用に関して、その正確性、完全性、適合性、継続性等について保証するものではありません。
2 本アプリの利用によって生じたいかなる損害についても、当社は一切の責任を負いません。
第8条（広告の表示）
本アプリには、第三者が提供する広告が表示される場合があります。これらの広告の内容やリンク先のウェブサイトについては、当該広告主の責任により提供されるものであり、当社はその内容の正確性、合法性、安全性等について一切の責任を負いません。
第9条（外部サービスの利用）

第10条（利用制限および登録抹消）

第13条（準拠法・裁判管轄）
本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。また、本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for the use of the mobile application “HowFull” (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) provided by IMAGINATION FULFILLMENT INST., K.K. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Please read these Terms carefully and agree to them before using the App.
Article 1 (Applicability)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Company regarding the use of the App. By using the App, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.

1 A person who wishes to use the App must agree to these Terms and complete the registration process as specified by the Company.

* Has previously been suspended or banned due to violation of these Terms; or
* Is deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Article 4 (Prohibited Conduct)
Users must not engage in any of the following acts:
1 Acts that violate laws or public order and morals;
2 Criminal acts or acts related to crime;
3 Acts that infringe the rights or interests of the Company, other users, or third parties;
4 Unauthorized access to the App’s servers or networks;
5 Actions that interfere with the operation of the App;
6 Commercial use of the App without the explicit permission of the Company;
7 Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Article 5 (Account Management)
1 Users are responsible for managing their own account information and must not share it with or allow use by any third party.
2 The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use of a user’s account.
Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Company or a third party with legitimate rights. Users must not infringe these rights.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
1 The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or continued availability of the App.
2 The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
Article 8 (Advertisement Display)
The App may display advertisements provided by third parties. The Company is not responsible for the content or legality of such advertisements or their linked websites. The responsibility lies with the respective advertisers.
Article 9 (Use of Third-party Services)
The App uses third-party services as listed below. Use of these services is subject to the respective terms and privacy policies of each provider:

Article 10 (Usage Restrictions and Account Termination)
The Company may restrict use of the App or delete a user’s account without prior notice if:

The Company reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue any features or functions of the App at any time without prior notice.
Article 12 (Modification of Terms)
The Company may revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms shall become effective when posted within the App or on the Company’s website.
Article 13 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute arising in connection with the App, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
